What they needed

AURRA sells a small, considered range of clothes online, mostly to people who have never touched the fabric. Most orders are paid in cash when the parcel arrives.

So every order has two moments the store cannot see: the customer picking a size without trying it on, and the courier knocking on the door. A wrong size is the most common reason a parcel comes back.

What we did

We built the product page around the two questions a buyer asks before ordering: will it fit, and what happens when it arrives.

A size advisor answers the first. The delivery price, cash on delivery and exchanges sit right above the button to answer the second, before anyone has to ask.

What we built

Product pages that sell

Delivery cost, cash on delivery and exchanges are stated above the button, not hidden in a policy page. On a phone, add to cart stays on screen as you scroll.

A size advisor

Height, weight and how you like it to fit. It answers with one size, on the product page, before the parcel ever ships.

Paying the Egyptian way

Cash on delivery first, Instapay next to it. No foreign card needed anywhere in the checkout.

Courier set up

Every order becomes a courier shipment without anyone typing it in a second time.
