What he needed
Eng. Yousef teaches maths across four centres, to students in different school years.
He wanted every student to have their own account, attendance taken in seconds at the door, quizzes that mark themselves, and parents told when their child misses a class.
What we did
One website with two doors. Students sign in to their own page. Eng. Yousef and his assistants sign in to the dashboard that runs everything else.
It works in Arabic and English, in light and dark, and it was tested so that one student can never open another student's grades.
What we built
Student accounts and ID cards
Every student gets their own code and a printed card with a QR code on it.
Attendance in a second
An assistant scans the card with any phone at the door. Lost the card? Typing the code works too.
Quizzes that mark themselves
Students answer on the website, the timer is kept by the server, and the mark is ready the moment they submit.
Parents on WhatsApp
After a class, the dashboard prepares a written message for each absent student's parent. One tap sends each one.
