Is it available, what size am I, when does it arrive, do you deliver to Assiut, can I pay cash. AI answers those on WhatsApp and Instagram in Arabic and English, and hands a real customer to a real person the moment it matters.

An order arrives, the shipment is created with your courier, the tracking number goes to the customer, your sheet updates. Nobody opens a tab. This is the one most stores are still doing by hand.
