The things people ask before they buy
Q1How does the licence key work?+
Your order code — TB-XXXXXX — is your licence key. It's on your order in your account and in the delivery email. You paste it into Theme settings > Licence, and it ties that theme to that one store. It starts working once we've marked your payment received, so if it's refused, that's usually all it is.
Q2What happens when I pick a look?+
Each theme file carries two looks. You choose one in Theme settings when you set it up, and that choice locks — Shopify can't move a configured theme between them. Pick the one you want to launch with. If you get it wrong, message us and we'll release it.
Q3Can I use it on more than one store?+
One licence, one store. The key binds to the first shop it's activated on, so a second store needs a second licence. Tell us rather than finding out at launch — we'd rather sort it out with you.
Q4Do I need to know how to code?+
No. You upload one file in Shopify and change everything else in Shopify's own editor — colours, text, images, section order. The video shows every click. Get stuck and you message us.
Q5What if I can't install it myself?+
Then don't. Message us and we'll walk you through it, or do the upload for you, at no extra charge. Nobody is left holding a file they can't use.
Q6What does "support never expires" actually mean?+
Exactly that. Not three months, not a year. As long as you own the theme you can ask us questions, and every update and bug fix we release is yours free.
Q7What's the real difference between the two?+
Premium is built further: a hero slideshow, a video section, a feature mosaic, working category filters, a scroll-through lookbook and a sticky buy panel on the product page. Support, updates and the licence terms are identical.
Q8Will it work with my apps and my courier?+
It's a standard Shopify theme, so anything that works with Shopify works with it — Bosta, payment apps, reviews, all of it. If something misbehaves, that's what support is for.
Q9What if it isn't what I expected?+
Seven days from the day you buy, not from the day you open the file. Email us and we refund in full, one refund per customer. And if something is actually broken, that isn't a refund question — we fix it, free, for as long as you own it.
