Process

From your first message to a live site.

Six steps, and what each one asks of you. Nobody should hand money to a studio without knowing exactly what the next fortnight looks like.

  1. 01

    You tell us the problem

Not the solution. The thing that wastes your time or loses you money — orders retyped by hand, a store nobody buys from, a spreadsheet you rebuild every Sunday. Five minutes on the contact form is enough to start.

Your part: one message, in your own words. Arabic or English.

  2. 02

We ask what we need to know

By email or WhatsApp, and on a call when it is faster to talk. What you sell, what you already use, where the work piles up, and what “fixed” would look like for you. If we are not the right people, this is where we say so.

Your part: half an hour, once.

  3. 03

You get a plan and a fixed price

Scope, timeline and cost in writing before anything is built — one number for the whole thing, not an hourly rate with a meter running. If it is not worth doing, we tell you that instead of quoting it.

Your part: read it, argue with it, approve it.

  4. 04

We build it, and you watch it happen

You see the real thing as it goes up, not a slide deck about it. Changes inside the agreed scope are part of the price; anything that grows the scope gets its own number before we start it.

Your part: answers when we ask, and your content.

  5. 05

    We launch it with you

We publish together, on your own account, and we walk the first orders through end to end — checkout, courier, the confirmation your customer receives.

Your part: press the button with us.

  6. 06

    We stay

Support has no end date. Bugs in what we built are fixed free for as long as you own it, and when the first hundred orders teach you something, we change the thing they taught you about.

Your part: tell us when something is off.

The boring parts, said out loud

Money

Custom work is paid in parts against the plan, starting before we do. Themes and tools are paid up front — a theme is a file, a tool is a month. Instapay, Vodafone Cash, or a bank transfer.

Scope

The written plan is the boundary. Adding to it is normal and priced when it happens; nothing gets added quietly and billed later.

Ownership

What we make is yours when it is paid for: the code, the designs, the data, the accounts. See the licence terms.

If it goes wrong

Before we start, a full refund. After we start, you pay for what has been done and keep it. That is written into every quote.

Step one takes five minutes.

Tell us what is slowing you down or what you want to exist. We'll tell you honestly whether we're the right people to build it.
