Store migration

Move your store to Shopify, with nothing left behind.

Your products, sizes and colours, prices, photos and customers — moved from WooCommerce, EasyOrders, Instagram or a spreadsheet. You keep selling while it happens.

We book a call and agree the price. No obligation.

Your whole store, moved.

A made-up store below; yours moves the same way — as drafts first, checked with you, then switched on.

What moves

Products and descriptions

Every product with its title, description, category and tags — Arabic and English as they are.

Sizes, colours and stock

Every size and colour as its own option, with the stock you have of each one.

Prices and sale prices

The price, and the old price crossed out where something is on sale.

Photos

Every product photo, in order, and the right photo on each colour.

Customers

Your customer list with their emails and phone numbers, so nobody has to sign up again.

Your old links

Once your domain points at Shopify, old product links open the new pages — so Google results and links people shared keep working.

How the move works

  1. 01

    A short call

Where you sell now, roughly how many products, and what has to be ready on day one. We agree the price.

  2. 02

    We take everything out

From your platform's export — or, if you sell on Instagram only, we build the product list with you from your posts.

  3. 03

    We move it into Shopify

Converted into Shopify's own import file and brought in as drafts, so nothing is visible to customers yet.

  4. 04

    You check it

A checklist of every product: photos, sizes, prices, stock. You tell us what's off and we fix it.

  5. 05

    We switch it on

Products go live, your domain moves across and old links are redirected. You keep selling the whole time.

What you pay for

  • The move

Taking everything out, bringing it into Shopify, checking it with you and switching it on. Depends mostly on how many products you have — agreed on the call.

    Once
  • Your Shopify plan

Paid to Shopify, monthly. We help you pick the plan that fits, or pay it for you in pounds (2,200 EGP a month) if you have no card that works abroad.

    Monthly, to Shopify
  • A theme or a custom store

Your products need a shop to live in: one of our themes (from 2,000 EGP) or a custom store built for your brand.

    Once
  • Past orders, if you want them

Old orders can only be brought into Shopify with a paid Shopify app. Often a file of them is enough — we tell you which on the call.

    Only if needed

Questions people ask first

Do I have to stop selling while you move it?

No. Your old store stays open until the new one is checked and switched on. The switch itself takes minutes.

Which platforms can you move from?

WooCommerce, EasyOrders, Wuilt, YouCan, Salla, Zid, Wix, a spreadsheet — or no platform at all, if you sell on Instagram. If it has an export, we use it; if not, we build the list with you.

I only sell on Instagram. Can you still do it?

Yes — that's one of the most common cases. We build your product list with you from your posts and prices, then it moves the same way.

Will I lose my place on Google?

Not if the old links are redirected, which is part of the move once your domain points at Shopify. Links people shared keep opening the right product.

How long does it take?

It depends on how many products you have and how tidy the old store is. We tell you on the call, before you agree to anything.

What about my past orders?

They can be kept as a file for your records at no extra cost. Importing them into Shopify itself needs a paid Shopify app; we tell you whether it's worth it for you.

Where do you sell now?

Tell us the platform and roughly how many products. We book a short call and agree the price.

Or write to contact@themebase.app. A first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
