A small studio that ships, and then sticks around.
themebase designs and builds what a business actually runs on: the storefront, the site behind it, the dashboard that says what it earned, and the work you keep doing by hand that a computer should be doing instead.
We started from the other side of it — running an online shop, packing orders, arguing with couriers, watching a refused parcel eat a day's profit. That is why the tools here are the unglamorous ones, and why the themes are built for cash on delivery rather than for a screenshot.

How we work
Six rules. Every one of them is something we'd want from a studio if we were the ones paying.
A price before you ask for one
Two things on this site have a number on them, and everything else gets one in writing after a single call — before any work starts, and before we ask what you were planning to spend.
We build what we'd use
We run an online shop of our own. Every tool we sell was built because that shop needed it, and it runs there first. If it wouldn't hold up for us, it doesn't go to you.
Built for how Egypt works
Cash on delivery, Instapay and wallets, local couriers, Arabic and English. Not a foreign template with the currency swapped and the payment page left alone.
We say no
If a ready-made theme would serve you better than a build, we say so on the call. A project that shouldn't exist costs us more to take on than to turn down.
You own it
Your store, your site, your designs, your data — yours outright when it's paid for. No monthly fee to us to keep your own work switched on.
We stay after launch
Support has no end date, and bugs in what we built are fixed free for as long as you own it. Launch day is the middle of the job, not the end of it.
What that has produced so far
Two builds you can open right now, and the shelf they taught us to stock. We would rather show you two live things than list ten logos.
Tell us what you're building.
A shop, a site, an app, or the job you keep doing by hand. One message is enough to find out whether we're the right people for it.
